Facturas are a special kind of pastry popular in Argentina. These tasty treats were brought over by people who came from Italy, Germany, and France.
In another nearby country, Uruguay, people enjoy similar baked goods, but they call them bizcochos. Facturas come in many flavors and are enjoyed by many as a delicious snack or dessert.
