Lichakephalina

Lichakephalina was an ancient group of small sea creatures that lived a very long time ago. It was part of a special group of animals called trilobites, which were common in the oceans millions of years before dinosaurs existed. These creatures had hard shells and usually had three main parts to their bodies, which makes them interesting to scientists who study very old life on Earth.

Lichakephalina lived during a time called the Arenig stage, which was part of the Ordovician Period. This was about 478 to 471 million years ago, long before humans or any modern animals were around. Like other trilobites, Lichakephalina was a sea animal, meaning it lived in the ocean.

Trilobites, including Lichakephalina, help scientists learn about what the ancient oceans were like and how life on Earth has changed over time. Even though these creatures are now extinct, their fossils give us clues about Earth's past.
