Pakistan took part in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. The country had 21 athletes. Two of these athletes were women: Sadaf Siddiqui in athletics and Kiran Khan in swimming. The men's field hockey team had 16 players.

Athletics

Pakistan sent athletes to take part in running and field events at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. Both men and women competed.

  • Ranks for running events are only for the group the athlete was in.
  • Q means the athlete went to the next round.
  • q means the athlete moved on because they were fast, even if not first in their group.
  • NR means a new record for Pakistan was set.
  • Some events did not have many rounds, marked as N/A.
  • Sometimes, an athlete did not need to run a round, marked as Bye.

Field hockey

Pakistan's men's field hockey team played in the 2008 Games. In the group stage, they won two games but lost three, finishing fourth in their group. They then played New Zealand for 7th/8th place but lost that match. The team finished the tournament in 8th place.
