George W. White (educator)

Reverend George W. White was an American minister who served as the third president of the University of Southern California. He held this important position from 1895 to 1899. Before becoming president, he was the presiding elder of the Los Angeles District of the Methodist Episcopal Conference. His leadership helped guide the university during a time of growth and change.
