The Hubble European Space Agency Information Centre (HEIC) is a science communication office that was set up at the Space Telescope - European Coordinating Facility in Munich, Germany, in late 1999. It was created to help share information and teach people about the Hubble Space Telescope for the European Space Agency. This work was done because of an agreement between NASA and ESA.

Over the years, HEIC has become a well-known office where experts use the latest tools to share amazing space discoveries. They create lots of material that helps teachers and anyone interested in space learn more. Their website has a big collection of information that anyone can see.

The main job of HEIC is to make news stories and beautiful pictures from the Hubble telescope, especially those from Europe. This helps people know more about Europe’s part in the Hubble project and the work of European scientists. They also make videos, educational resources, posters, and more to help share these discoveries with everyone. The Hubble Information Centre is led by science communication expert Lars Lindberg Christensen, with Martin Kornmesser as the lead graphic designer.
