This is a list of cities and towns in Slovakia, called mestá (singular mesto) in Slovak. Even though mesto can be translated into English as "town" or "city", there is no legal difference between the two in Slovakia.

As of 25 September 2019, there were 141 cities in Slovakia. Some of these towns have different names used by German and Hungarian ethnic minorities, which you can find in the list of German exonyms for places in Slovakia and the list of Hungarian exonyms for places in Slovakia.
