Tissi

Tissi is a municipality in the Metropolitan City of Sassari on the island of Sardinia in Italy. It is located about 170 kilometres northwest of the city of Cagliari and just 6 kilometres south of Sassari. As of the end of 2004, Tissi was home to 2,017 people and covered an area of 10.3 square kilometres.

The small town shares borders with three other municipalities: Ossi, Sassari, and Usini. Though it is a quiet place today, Tissi is part of a beautiful and historic region that many people visit to learn about its culture and landscape.
