Hasselblad

Hasselblad is a special camera company from Sweden. It started a long time ago, in 1841, in a lovely city called Gothenburg. People love Hasselblad because they make cameras that take very clear and beautiful pictures.

One of the most exciting things about Hasselblad is that their cameras went to space! When astronauts went to the Moon as part of the Apollo program, they used Hasselblad cameras to take pictures. Almost all the pictures from the Moon were taken with these special cameras.

Hasselblad also makes modern cameras that are easy to carry. In 2016, they made a tiny but powerful camera called the X1D-50c. This camera helps photographers take wonderful pictures every day.

Hasselblad works with other companies too. They have teamed up with Sony to make new digital cameras and even helped improve cameras in some mobile phones/phones. This means you can find Hasselblad’s special picture-making magic in many places.

The company has a long and proud history, and it keeps making new and exciting cameras for people who love to take pictures.
