Places to Explore
Northern Ireland has many amazing spots to visit. One famous place is the Giant's Causeway. It is a group of tall, close rocks that look like they were built by giants! Another fun spot is the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, a wobbly bridge that hangs high above the sea. You can also visit Mussenden Temple, a pretty little temple sitting right on a cliff, and walk through the green, rolling Glens of Antrim.
Nature and Animals
The land in Northern Ireland was shaped long ago by ice, leaving hills and special shapes called drumlins. The biggest lake is Lough Neagh, which is the largest freshwater lake on the whole island of Ireland. You can find forests with trees like oak and birch, and sometimes see birds like ducks and geese. The common frog lives here too, and you might spot an otter near a river!
