Andoany, also known as Hell-Ville, is a city in the Diana Region of Madagascar. It is located on the beautiful island of Nosy Be and is the capital of the island. The city was named Hell-Ville after Anne Chrétien Louis de Hell, an important person in its history. Today, Andoany is a popular place to visit in Madagascar.
